Meet the Artist

Kimera Lattimore is a graduate of B.A.V.P.A in vocal and musical performance. She established a professional music career fresh out of high school becoming a national recording artist being one of the lead singers in a group named "4Love ''. During her 7 years of touring she shared stages with artists such as William Murphy, Mary Mary, Kirk Franklin, Fred Hammond, James Fortune, The Walls Group and many more. Returning home in 2013, Kimera had a passion to teach music so she founded "Echo International School of Music''. A music school teaching vocal, writing, and instrumental lessons to youth and young adults first locally, then internationally.  In 2015 she was ordained as an elder of the gospel and received a Bachelors' degree in theology in 2017. Kimera is a well known worship leader and inspirational speaker who teaches the word in an unorthodox manner; she has devoted her life to a ministry of transparency that she often calls “The gospel without makeup”. In 2022 God gave Kimera vision for a creative collective  called “Thy Kingdom Era”. Thy Kingdom Era is a collective of eclectic worshipers turned into a family of “Kingdom Cousins' ' who worship beyond church brick and morter. Kimera is the upcoming author of her first book entitled “Damp Sidewalks” which will be released fall 2025. Kimera is a music teacher at King Center Charter School where she works with students from grades kindergarten-8th. Kimera has a deep passion for educating students and increasing their knowledge of music theory. Kimera is also devoted to seeing the best in every single child that she interacts with. She believes in the brilliant potential of every youth grafted into this generation and she is committed to making sure they have all the tools they need for a successful future. Kimera is a no nonsense educator who doesn’t make room for excuses and holds the bar very high for her students. Kimera is known for her nurturing heart and empathetic nature. Kimera is also known for her congenial personality, her courage , her love, nurture and strong belief in the miracles of God! Kimera’s life mission is to illustrate the message of ministry through being herself. She lives to be the sermon one won't have to hear, because they see it. Kimera's life goal is to point every person she meets to an intimate place with God.
